Joshua has been a resident of the Woodlands, Conroe and Central Houston areas for twenty years. Growing up in Huntsville and moving to the Rice Village area to pursue a Bachelor’s degree from The #1 Ranked Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship, Josh knows the joys of small-town living and the excitement of city-life. He now resides on a one-acre homestead in the Oak Ridge area with his wife, Meagan, and three children, Norah, Owen, and Ethan.
Josh began his career as a real estate investor in 2012, and soon found that his friends and family requested his help with their own personal transactions. Soon after licensure, his business began to grow and the J. Want Group is now part of Compass, the #1 listing brokerage in the Greater Houston region.

Josh is an expert in negotiating and analyzing the finance and personal aspects of each real estate transaction. He is an expert in business analytics, having successfully built and grown multiple small businesses. Since 2012, Josh has helped over 110 clients accomplish their real estate goals.
