Brother Josh was an amazing realtor for my wife and I on our first home. We were interested in purchasing a multifamily home, which was a bit unique in the first place, and Josh was willing to take us on multiple tours of homes in order to teach us about multifamilies even though many of those homes were not likely purchases for my wife and I. These tours greatly helped us in the long run as once we saw a home we wanted we were able to get it under contract quickly with the help of Josh's negotiation skills. After a long ride of appraisal issues, Josh was able to finalize the deal despite the birth of his son (which we would have totally understood if he needed time off). We were greatly appreciative of all the work he put into our deal!
